The Fresh Thai Beef
Ingredients
- 1 cup beef stock
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1½ tsp lemon pepper
- 450 g beef sirloin steak cut into strips
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 green capsicum seeded and chopped
- 3 spring onions chopped
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add peanut butter, stock, aminos, lemon pepper and stir1 cup beef stock, 4 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp coconut aminos, 1½ tsp lemon pepper
- Keep the mixture on the side
- Take a pan and place it over medium-high heat
- Add beef, season with salt, pepper, onion, garlic powder¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 450 g beef sirloin steak
- Cook for 7 minutes
- Add green capsicum, stir cook for 3 minutes1 green capsicum
- Add the peanut sauce you made earlier and spring onions3 spring onions
- Stir cook for 1 minute
- Divide between platters and serve
