Ingredients
  

  • 450 g beef sirloin steak boneless, ¾ inch thick, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 4 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup olives coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh parsley finely cut

Instructions
 

  • Take a large sized skillet and place it over medium high heat
  • Add oil and let it heat
    4 tbsp olive oil
  • Add beef and cook until both sides are browned, remove beef and drain fat
    450 g beef sirloin steak
  • Add rest of the oil to skillet and heat I up
  • Add onions, garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes
    1 red onion, 4 cloves garlic
  • Stir well
  • Add mushrooms olives and cook until mushrooms are thoroughly done
    1 cup mushrooms, ½ cup olives
  • Return beef to skillet and lower heat to medium
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes (covered)
  • Stir in parsley
    1 cup fresh parsley
  • Serve and enjoy!
