Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsps butter
  • ¼ cup brown onion chopped
  • ¼ cup green capsicum diced
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup shaved ham chopped

Instructions
 

  • Take a skillet and place it over medium heat
  • Add butter and wait until the butter melts
    2 tbsps butter
  • Add onion and capsicum and Sauté for a few minutes
    ¼ cup brown onion, ¼ cup green capsicum
  • Take a bowl and whip eggs
    2 eggs
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir
    ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, ¼ cup shaved ham
  • Add Sautéed onion and capsicum, stir
  • Microwave the egg mix for 1 minute
  • Serve hot!
