Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shitake mushrooms sliced
  • 4 ribeye steak
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Rub the steaks with salt and pepper and cook for 4 minutes per side. Set aside.

  • Melt butter in the pan and cook the shitakes for 4 minutes.
