  • 3 eggs
  • 85 g cottage cheese
  • 100 g spinach chopped
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 190°C.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, cottage cheese, parmesan, and milk.
    3 eggs, 85 g cottage cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup milk
  • Mix in the spinach.

  • Transfer to a small, greased oven dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving!
