Buffalo Chicken Sausage Balls
Ingredients
Sausage Balls:
- 700 g minced chicken
- 1 cup tasty cheese grated
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
Bleu Cheese Ranch Dipping Sauce:
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup milk sub almond milk
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tsp dried dill
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbled
Instructions
Sausage Balls:
- Preheat the oven to 180C and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or tin foil.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cheese, almond flour, coconut flour, Buffalo sauce, salt, pepper, and cayenne. - Roll into 2.5cm balls and place about an 2.5cm apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake 25 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
Dipping Sauce:
- While the sausage balls are baking, combine mayonnaise, milk, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
