Easy Healthy Taco Salad with Minced Beef
Ingredients
- 450 g minced beef
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 250 g romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 â…“ cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ¾ cup tasty cheese grated
- 1 avocado cubed
- ½ cup spring onions chopped
- â…“ cup salsa
- â…“ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Add minced beef. Stir fry, breaking up the pieces with a spatula, for about 7-10 minutes, until the beef is browned and moisture has evaporated.450 g minced beef, 1 tsp olive oil
- Stir taco seasoning into the minced beef until well combined. If you like, you can also add 1/4 cup of water when adding the seasoning and let it simmer a bit.2 tbsp taco seasoning
- Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add the ground beef.250 g romaine lettuce, 1 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, 3/4 cup tasty cheese, 1 avocado, 1/2 cup spring onions
