Simple Healthy Clean Eating Cobb Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
- 5 cups watercress chopped
- 8 slices Bacon cooked cut into small pieces
- 340 g Shredded chicken
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 Avocados sliced
- 4 Eggs hard boiled, sliced
- ½ cup blue cheese crumbled
- 2 tbsp chives finely chopped
- ½ cup ranch dressing or sub light honey mustard dressing
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Prep all of your ingredients as described in the ingredients section5 cups Romaine lettuce, 5 cups watercress, 8 slices Bacon, 2 cups Cherry tomatoes, 2 Avocados, 4 Eggs, 1/2 cup blue cheese, 2 tbsp chives, 340 g Shredded chicken
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except dressing, salt and pepper.
- Toss then add dressing and toss again to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.1/2 cup ranch dressing, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Pepper
