Ingredients
  

  • 80 g cottage cheese
  • 45 g vanilla protein powder
  • 95 g frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 3 ml pure vanilla extract
  • 7 g flaxseed meal
  • 40 g ice cubes
  • 60 ml water

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
    80 g cottage cheese, 45 g vanilla protein powder, 95 g frozen blueberries, 1 tsp maple syrup, 3 ml pure vanilla extract, 7 g flaxseed meal, 40 g ice cubes, 60 ml water
  • Add more ice if it appears too runny. Add more water if it’s too thick.
  • If the flavour or sweetness isn’t strong enough for you, add more maple syrup at the end.
