Simple but Delicious Mac and Cheese [Clean Eating]
Ingredients
- 1 cup macaroni
- 1 cups vegetable stock
- ½ cup milk
- 1 ½ tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp mustard
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup tasty cheese grated
- 10 g Parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Bring pasta, stock, milk, butter, garlic powder, mustard, salt, and pepper to a boil in a medium pot.1 cup macaroni, 1 cups vegetable stock, ½ cup milk, 1 ½ tbsp butter, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp mustard, ¾ tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the elbow macaroni is tender.
- Cook until the pasta is al dente or the desired firmness, adding more milk or broth as needed.
- Turn off the heat. Add cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese in batches, stirring between each one until melted.¼ cup tasty cheese, 10 g Parmesan cheese
- Put in an over proof dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
