Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp coconut flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • coconut oil for grease

Instructions
 

  • Grease ramekin dish with coconut oil.

  • Keep it aside.
  • Take a bowl and add ingredients and mix well.
    1 egg, 2 tsp coconut flour, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt
  • Pour batter into a ramekin.
  • Place into microwave for 1 minute on HIGH.
  • Serve and enjoy!
