15 Minute Chicken Cabbage Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Olive oil divided
- 3 cloves Garlic crushed
- ½ Brown onion diced
- 450 g Chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
- 5 cups green cabbage grated
- ½ Red capsicum chopped
- ¼ cup Coconut aminos or sub soy sauce
- ½ tsp Ground ginger
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp chives chopped
Instructions
- Heat half of the olive oil in a large pan or wok, over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant. Add onion. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until translucent.2 tbsp Olive oil, 3 cloves Garlic, 1/2 Brown onion
- Increase heat to medium-high. Add the remaining olive oil and the chicken. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes, until the chicken is just golden. (Don't overcook to avoid drying it out. You want it to be about 80%-90% done.)2 tbsp Olive oil, 450 g Chicken breast
- Add the cabbage, capsicum, and coconut aminos. Season with ground ginger, salt, and pepper. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes, until the cabbage is tender. Garnish with chives.5 cups green cabbage, 1/2 Red capsicum, 1/4 cup Coconut aminos, 1/2 tsp Ground ginger, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Pepper, 2 tbsp chives
