Almond Flour Biscuits Recipe – Clean Eating

If you love the taste of fresh-baked biscuits but don’t want all the extra calories and fat, then this almond flour biscuit recipe is for you! These clean eating biscuits are made with almond flour, they’re the perfect snack that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 Egg whisked
  • cup Butter melted, sub coconut oil for paleo or dairy-free
  • ¼ cup Sour cream optional, omit for paleo

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Mix dry almond flour, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Stir in whisked egg, melted butter, and sour cream, if using (optional).
    2 cup Almond Flour, 2 tsp Baking powder, 1/2 tsp Salt, 2 Egg, 1/3 cup Butter, 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • Scoop tablespoonfuls of the dough on to the lined baking tray (a cookie scoop is the fastest way). Form into rounded biscuit shapes (flatten slightly with your fingers).
  • Bake for about 15 minutes, until firm and golden. Cool on the baking tray.
