Ingredients
  

  • 3 avocados halved and pitted, skin on
  • ½ cup mozzarella grated
  • ½ cup Swiss cheese grated
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 180C. Lay avocado halves in an ovenproof dish.
    3 avocados
  • In a bowl, mix both types of cheeses, pepper, eggs, and salt.
    1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, 2 eggs, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Split the mixture into the avocado halves
  • Bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
  • Decorate with basil before Serving
    1 tbsp fresh basil
