  • 1 banana frozen – slice prior to freezing
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tsp flax seed
  • ½ cup almond milk or sub yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or sub maple syrup
  • ½ tsp almond extract or sub vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
