Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 slices salami
  • 5 leaves fresh basil
  • ½ tomato sliced
  • 60 g mozzarella
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Take a small bowl and whisk in eggs and water
    2 eggs, 1 tbsp water
  • Take a non-stick Saute pan and place it over medium heat, add butter and let it melt
    1 tbsp butter
  • Pour egg mix and cook for 30 seconds
  • Spread salami slices on half of egg mix and top with cheese, tomatoes, basil slices
    3 slices salami, 5 leaves fresh basil, 1/2 tomato, 60 g mozzarella
  • Season with salt and pepper according to your taste
    1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Cook for 2 minutes and fold the egg with the empty half
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 1 minute
  • Serve and enjoy!
