Cheesy Taco Dish, Low Carb – Clean Eating Recipe!
Ingredients
- 450 g Minced beef
- 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
- ½ cup Water
- ½ Brown onion diced
- 3 red capsicums cut into strips
- 1 cans Diced tomatoes drained well
- 1 cup Tasty cheese grated
- ¼ cup Spring onions sliced
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced beef and cook about 10 minutes, breaking apart the beef with a spatula or spoon, until browned.450 g Minced beef
- Add The taco seasoning and water. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the extra water is absorbed or evaporates.2 tbsp Taco seasoning, 1/2 cup Water
- Reduce heat to medium. Add the onions and capsicums. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until onions are soft and translucent.1/2 Brown onion, 3 red capsicums
- Add the diced tomatoes. Simmer for a few minutes, until hot and any extra moisture evaporates.1 cans Diced tomatoes
- Reduce heat to low. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cover with a lid and heat just until the cheese melts. Remove from heat and top with spring onions.1 cup Tasty cheese, 1/4 cup Spring onions
