Ingredients
  

  • 450 g Minced beef
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ Brown onion diced
  • 3 red capsicums cut into strips
  • 1 cans Diced tomatoes drained well
  • 1 cup Tasty cheese grated
  • ¼ cup Spring onions sliced

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced beef and cook about 10 minutes, breaking apart the beef with a spatula or spoon, until browned.

  • Add The taco seasoning and water. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the extra water is absorbed or evaporates.
    2 tbsp Taco seasoning, 1/2 cup Water
  • Reduce heat to medium. Add the onions and capsicums. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until onions are soft and translucent.
    1/2 Brown onion, 3 red capsicums
  • Add the diced tomatoes. Simmer for a few minutes, until hot and any extra moisture evaporates.
    1 cans Diced tomatoes
  • Reduce heat to low. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cover with a lid and heat just until the cheese melts. Remove from heat and top with spring onions.
