Chicken Tostadas
Ingredients
- 4 tortillas
- 1 tomato diced
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 red onion finely chopped
- 3 tbsp coriander finely chopped
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ Lime juice
- 170 g black beans drained and rinsed
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- ¼ cup feta crumbled
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a large baking sheet with baking paper or a silicone mat.
- Arrange tortillas in a single layer, spray with cooking spray, and season on both sides with salt.4 tortillas, cooking spray
- Bake for 6 minutes on each side.

- Prepare the remaining ingredients.
