Chorizo & Cheddar Cheese Meatballs
Ingredients
- 700 g minced beef
- 90 g chorizo
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup marinara
- ⅓ cup crushed pork rind crushed
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Break up sausage into small pieces so that it will mix well with the ground beef.90 g chorizo
- Add your ground beef, ground pork rinds, spices, cheese, and eggs to the sausage.700 g minced beef, 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1/3 cup crushed pork rind, 2 eggs, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt
- Mix everything together well until you can form meatballs.
- Roll your meatballs out into circles and place them in a foiled baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve with marinara sauce1 cup marinara
