Easy Healthy Taco Salad with Minced Beef

Ingredients
  

  • 450 g minced beef
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 250 g romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 â…“ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¾ cup tasty cheese grated
  • 1 avocado cubed
  • ½ cup spring onions chopped
  • â…“ cup salsa
  • â…“ cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Add minced beef. Stir fry, breaking up the pieces with a spatula, for about 7-10 minutes, until the beef is browned and moisture has evaporated.
    450 g minced beef, 1 tsp olive oil
  • Stir taco seasoning into the minced beef until well combined. If you like, you can also add 1/4 cup of water when adding the seasoning and let it simmer a bit.
    2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add the ground beef.
    250 g romaine lettuce, 1 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, 3/4 cup tasty cheese, 1 avocado, 1/2 cup spring onions
  • Toss everything together and serve with salsa and sour cream!
