Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for the grill

DRY RUB

  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp chili powder optional

BUFFALO SAUCE

  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • â…“ cup hot sauce
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Add all the Dry Rub ingredients to a large bowl, whisk to combine.
    1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp salt
  • Pat wings dry, add to the rub mixture and toss well to coat the wings.
    1 kg chicken wings
  • In a medium bowl combine all the sauce ingredients, stir until smooth and set aside.
    8 tbsp unsalted butter, 1/3 cup hot sauce, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Oil grill grates with vegetable oil. Add wings and cook, pressing and turning occasionally, until the skin is crisp and meat is cooked through 15 to 20 minutes.
    1 tbsp olive oil
  • Serve with the sauce.
