Ham and Cheese Keto Stromboli
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups mozzarella grated
- 4 tbsp almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 120 g ham
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200C and in a microwave melt your mozzarella cheese. About 1 minute, then 10 second intervals, stirring occasionally.1 ¼ cups mozzarella
- Combine almond flour, coconut flour and seasonings in a mixing bowl, then place melted mozzarella on top and begin working it in.4 tbsp almond flour, 3 tbsp coconut flour, 1 tsp italian seasoning, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper
- After about a minute, when the cheese has had a chance to cool down a bit, add in your egg and combine everything together.1 egg
- When everything is combined, transfer it to a flat surface with some baking paper paper and lay a sheet of baking paper on top.
- Use a rolling pin or your hand to flatten it out.
- Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut diagonal lines beginning from the edges of the dough to the center, leave a row of dough untouched about 4 inches wide.
- Alternate laying ham and cheddar on that uncut stretch of dough. Then lift one section of dough at a time and lay it over the top, covering your filling.120 g ham, 100 g cheddar cheese
- Bake it for about 15-20 minutes until you see it has turned a golden brown color.
