  • ½ cup pumpkin pureed
  • 1 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
  • ½ cup coffee
  • 1 banana previously chopped and frozen
  • 30 ml maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • Pinch ground cloves
  • Pinch ground allspice

  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Use a frozen banana for the best results (or add 1/2 cup of ice).
