Ingredients
  

  • 900 g leg of lamb
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 6 leaves fresh mint
  • 1 tsp garlic crushed
  • ¼ tsp dried rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Add oil to your Slow Cooker
    ¼ cup olive oil
  • Add lamb, salt, pepper, vanilla bean extract, mustard, rosemary, garlic to your Slow Cooker and rub the mixture well
    900 g leg of lamb, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract, 2 tbsp mustard, 1/4 tsp dried rosemary, 1 tsp garlic
  • Place lid and cook on LOW for 7 hours
  • Add mint and thyme
    4 sprigs fresh thyme, 6 leaves fresh mint
  • Cook for 1 hour more
  • Let it cool and slice
  • Serve with pan juices
  • Enjoy!
