Ingredients
  

  • 1.3 kg pork belly with skin
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Using a knife, score the skin of the pork belly.
    1.3 kg pork belly
  • Use a silicone basting brush to brush the olive oil over the top of the pork belly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    3 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp Pepper
  • Place the pork belly into a stoneware baking dish and cook for 1 hour.
  • Increase oven to 220C and cook for an additional 45 minutes.
  • Change oven to grill and grill the pork belly on high for 5 minutes.
  • Allow the pork belly to rest for 10 minutes before cutting into 2.5cm slices.
