Ingredients
  

  • 120 g brown button mushrooms
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 slice wholegrain bread toasted
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the oil.
    1 tsp olive oil
  • Roughly chop the mushrooms and add them to the pan, stirring occasionally.
    120 g brown button mushrooms
  • Peel and core the apple, then finely grate it and toss it with the mushrooms.

  • Continue to stir until the mushrooms have softened.
  • Garlic, sliced, chopped, or mashed, should be added to the mix.

  • Stir for a minute before adding the soy sauce, then reduce the heat and continue to stir.
    2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Meanwhile, toast the bread.
    2 slice wholegrain bread
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the parsley and pepper.
    2 tbsp fresh parsley, 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Place the mushroom mixture between two slices to toast
  • Serve and enjoy!
