Ingredients
  

  • 100 g instant chocolate pudding low carb/sugar-free
  • 220 g cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup icing sugar sub 1/3 cup erythritol for Keto
  • â…“ cup cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix the chocolate pudding, cream cheese, vanilla, salt, erythritol
    100 g instant chocolate pudding, 220 g cream cheese, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
  • Add cocoa powder to a small bowl.
    1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • Use a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop to form the dough into balls then dip in a small bowl of cocoa powder until coated.
  • Chill for 30 minutes and enjoy!
