Ingredients
  

  • 500 g beef sirloin steak or similar lean cut for roast
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Combine the mustard, olive oil, and garlic salt in a small bowl.

  • Take the beef, remove excess fat and make small incisions lengthwise so you can let the mixture penetrate more easily.
    500 g beef sirloin steak
  • Brush the mustard mixture over the beef, making sure it all nicely coated.
  • Place on a baking dish and arrange the rosemary leaves on the sides for extra aroma.
    1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • Cook in a preheated oven at 180 C for 50 minutes (for medium)
  • Serve with mashed sweet potatoes and/or salad
