Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp pesto
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ pepper

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and crack open your eggs
    3 eggs
  • Season with a pinch of salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 pepper
  • Pour eggs into a pan
  • Add butter and introduce heat
    1 tbsp butter
  • Cook on low heat and gently add pesto
    1 tbsp pesto
  • Once the egg is cooked and scrambled, remove heat
  • Spoon in coconut cream and mix well
    2 tbsp coconut cream
  • Turn on heat and cook on LOW for a while until you have a creamy texture
  • Serve and enjoy!
