Scrambled Pesto Eggs
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp pesto
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ pepper
Instructions
- Take a bowl and crack open your eggs3 eggs
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 pepper
- Pour eggs into a pan
- Add butter and introduce heat1 tbsp butter
- Cook on low heat and gently add pesto1 tbsp pesto
- Once the egg is cooked and scrambled, remove heat
- Spoon in coconut cream and mix well2 tbsp coconut cream
- Turn on heat and cook on LOW for a while until you have a creamy texture
- Serve and enjoy!
