Taco Dip is every party’s show-stopping appetizer! It got vegetables on top of a creamy, cheesy, and fluffy layer that is oozing with Mexican flavors!

Ingredients
  

  • 450 g cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce finely chopped
  • 4 roma tomatoes seeds removed and finely chopped
  • ½ cup olives sliced
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 1 ½ cup cheddar cheese finely grated
  • ½ cup cotija cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup spring onion chopped
  • 1 bag corn chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add softened cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream and stir until well-combined with no lumps.
    450 g cream cheese, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream
  • Add taco seasoning and stir well.
    4 tbsp taco seasoning
  • Spread mixture evenly into 22cm dip serving dish.
  • Top mixture with lettuce, chopped tomatoes, olives, jalapenos and finally sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and cotija cheese.
    1 cup iceberg lettuce, 4 roma tomatoes, 1/2 cup olives, 2 jalapenos, 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup cotija cheese
  • Garnish with spring onions and serve with corn chips
    1/4 cup spring onion
