Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 1 cups vegetable stock
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 ½ tbsp butter
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp mustard
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup tasty cheese grated
  • 10 g Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180C
  • Bring pasta, stock, milk, butter, garlic powder, mustard, salt, and pepper to a boil in a medium pot.
    1 cup macaroni, 1 cups vegetable stock, ½ cup milk, 1 ½ tbsp butter, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp mustard, ¾ tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the elbow macaroni is tender.
  • Cook until the pasta is al dente or the desired firmness, adding more milk or broth as needed.
  • Turn off the heat. Add cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese in batches, stirring between each one until melted.
    ¼ cup tasty cheese, 10 g Parmesan cheese
  • Put in an over proof dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
