Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 5 cups watercress chopped
  • 8 slices Bacon cooked cut into small pieces
  • 340 g Shredded chicken
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 Avocados sliced
  • 4 Eggs hard boiled, sliced
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp chives finely chopped
  • ½ cup ranch dressing or sub light honey mustard dressing
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prep all of your ingredients as described in the ingredients section
    5 cups Romaine lettuce, 5 cups watercress, 8 slices Bacon, 2 cups Cherry tomatoes, 2 Avocados, 4 Eggs, 1/2 cup blue cheese, 2 tbsp chives, 340 g Shredded chicken
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except dressing, salt and pepper.
  • Toss then add dressing and toss again to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
