Slow Cooker Crack Chicken
Equipment
- slow cooker
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- 450 g cream cheese
- 60 g dry ranch seasoning
- 220 g bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
GARNISH
- 6 burger buns
- 30 g bacon cooked
- ¼ cup spring onion chopped
Instructions
- In a slow cooker combine chicken, cream cheese, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and cheddar cheese.3 chicken breasts, 450 g cream cheese, 60 g dry ranch seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 cup cheddar cheese
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours, until chicken is tender and it shreds easily.
- Once the chicken is tender enough, stir it with a large fork or spoon, so the chicken shreds and gets combined with all the ingredients.
- Add in crumbled bacon and stir to incorporate.220 g bacon
- Serve on buns with extra bacon on top and chopped spring onions.6 burger buns, 30 g bacon, ¼ cup spring onion
