Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • tsp lemon pepper
  • 450 g beef sirloin steak cut into strips
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 green capsicum seeded and chopped
  • 3 spring onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl and add peanut butter, stock, aminos, lemon pepper and stir
    1 cup beef stock, 4 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp coconut aminos, 1½ tsp lemon pepper
  • Keep the mixture on the side
  • Take a pan and place it over medium-high heat
  • Add beef, season with salt, pepper, onion, garlic powder
    ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 450 g beef sirloin steak
  • Cook for 7 minutes
  • Add green capsicum, stir cook for 3 minutes
    1 green capsicum
  • Add the peanut sauce you made earlier and spring onions
    3 spring onions
  • Stir cook for 1 minute
  • Divide between platters and serve
  • Enjoy!
