Ingredients
  

  • 800 g stir fry beef
  • 1 zucchini cut into strips
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsps tamari sauce
  • 4 tbsps avocado oil

Instructions
 

  • Add avocado oil in a frying pan over high heat
    4 tbsps avocado oil
  • Place strips of beef and brown for a few minutes on high heat
    800 g stir fry beef
  • Once the meat is brown, add zucchini strips and Saute until tender
    1 zucchini
  • Once tender, add tamari sauce, garlic, parsley and let them sit for a few minutes more
    ¼ cup fresh parsley, 3 cloves garlic, 2 tbsps tamari sauce
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
